This is THE recipe that started me on me health journey after seeing it being made on TikTok. Carrot Fries are now a weekly staple in our house. They are a great base for my Carrotchos and a fantastic side to so many meals. To see how I make them, click HERE. Enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:
Carrots
Lemon
Grapeseed Oil (or EVOO)
Seasonings (I use lemon pepper, salt, lemon dill, lemon herb, and a bit of cayenne)

Equipment Needed:
Sharp Knife
Gallon-Size Ziploc Bag
Zester
Juicer
Sheet Pan (lined and sprayed with cooking spray)
