In nature, trees don't grow alone. Their roots intertwine beneath the surface, sharing nutrients, water, and strength. When one tree struggles, the others support it. This is how forests survive storms, droughts, and seasons of hardship. A single tree standing alone is vulnerable. But a forest — connected at the roots — is nearly impossible to uproot.


You don't have to do this work alone either.


The ROOTED Interactive Course Experience is a guided, 30-day journey that begins January 1st. We'll walk through the ROOTED: Your 30-Day Journey Toward Whole Self-Health guidebook day by day, alongside others who are doing the same work, with me actively present to guide, support, and encourage you through the process.

The ROOTED guidebook is the foundation — it's required for participation because it provides the shared structure we'll build from together. But the Interactive Course Experience is what brings it to life.


WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not self-guided. Deanna will be actively present throughout the entire month. You won't be left to figure it out on your own or wonder if you're "doing it right." We're moving through the entire book together as a community.


Daily connection from Deanna means you'll receive guidance, encouragement, and insights to keep you grounded in the work.


Weekly live ZOOM calls (recorded if you can't attend) give us space to process what's coming up, answer questions, and work through real-life challenges together.


A private community space is where you can share, reflect, ask questions, and learn alongside others who are on the same path.


You'll have downloadable worksheets - all the reflection and planning tools from the book, ready for you to use.


And when you hit a roadblock, feel stuck, or need clarity, real-time support means you won't be alone.


HOW IT WORKS

Starting January 1st (our onboarding and welcome day), we'll work through the ROOTED guidebook together — day by day — following the structure laid out in the guidebook. You'll read each day's teaching, complete the journaling and reflection prompts, and build your Purposeful Eating Plan step by step through the PEP STEPS framework. You'll examine the twelve limbs that support your wholeness — boundaries, rest, relationships, mindset, joy, and more. You'll share your process with others who understand what you're working through and receive guidance from Deanna as questions and challenges arise.


Trees grow at their own pace, and so will you. The work meets you where you are and grows with you as you move forward.


WHO THIS IS FOR

The Interactive Course Experience is for anyone who has their copy of ROOTED (or has it on the way), wants to engage with the work in community rather than alone, and benefits from structure, accountability, and encouragement. This is for those who are ready to do the inner work and know they’ll follow through better with support, and for those who value having someone walk beside them through the process.


This experience is open to everyone — men and women alike.


WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

By January 31st, you'll have your own PEP (Purposeful Eating Plan) built from your lived experience and clarity on which limbs of Whole-Self Health need your attention. You'll have tools and practices that support your mind, body, and soul, plus a community of people who understand your journey. Most importantly, you'll have the confidence that comes from knowing you can trust yourself.


More than that, you'll have proven to yourself that you can show up, do hard things, and create something that lasts.

Requirements: You must have the ROOTED: Your 30-Day Journey Toward Whole-Self Health guidebook in order to participate in this interactive course experience. The guidebook is NOT included with this course. You can purchase it HERE if you haven't already.

A WORD ABOUT TIMING

This experience begins January 1st and moves day by day through the month. While you can join after the 1st if your book is still being shipped, starting after January 4th or 5th means you'll need to do some work to do to get to where the group is. The best time to join is now, so you're ready to start strong on Day 1.

January is when most people are thinking about change - about starting fresh, doing things differently, choosing better. But by February, most of those intentions have faded because there was no structure, no community, no one walking beside them.

I’m Deanna Ley, and for the past several years I’ve guided well over a thousand amazing people through live, interactive experiences focused on rebuilding trust with food, health, and themselves. What began with the I CHOOSE ME No Sugar | No Flour 30-Day CHALLENGE grew into deeper work through THE DEDICATED WAY, and eventually into open-to-all experiences, including the I CHOOSE ME No Sugar | No Flour 30-Day COURSE. and now ROOTED.


ROOTED: Your 30-Day Journey Toward Whole-Self Health brings together the tools, reflections, and lived lessons that represent the next natural step in healing. It focuses on building trust in your own inner wisdom so you can develop a personalized and purposeful path that fits the whole of you - mind, body, and soul - while staying grounded in your pursuit of peace, freedom, and joy.
