THE DEDICATED WAY is open to anyone who:
- Completed at least one round of the I CHOOSE ME No Sugar | No Sugar CHALLENGE
- Completed every Activity inside of the I CHOOSE ME No Sugar | No Sugar CHALLENGE
- Put in the work to create a foundation of healthier habit patterns surrounding food and food choices
- Is ready to up-level their health journey and learn how to turn this from a diet into a way of life
- Has the capacity to be an active participant throughout the month with all of the Activities and the discussions
- Is DEDICATED to working on healing their relationship with food and themselves
What's THE DEDICATED WAY about?
Shedding weight by dropping pounds is one thing. Anyone can do that.
Shedding the weight of the diet mentality, shame, guilt, regret, remorse, hopelessness, detachment, negative self-image and destructive self-talk, and the years and years of having an unhealthy relationship with food and with ourselves is completely different.
That's exactly what we are tackling here in THE DEDICATED WAY. It's The Next.
It answers the question - Now what?
It's an opportunity to up-level your health journey so you can get one step closer to who and where you want to be.
How will that occur?
I will guide you through THE DEDICATED WAY, a program I created to help people get to who and where they want to be.
Marco Polo will be used, but it will be more purposeful, and will be discussion-based and growth-oriented vs. check-in and catch-up related. We all have knowledge and experiences. It's through connection that we can learn from each other in a safe space where we will listen to, lean on and celebrate one another, as we learn to do all of those things for ourselves, too.
Inside of the THE DEDICATED WAY, our daily Activities will be focused topics that will pave the way for healing; with a heavy emphasis on the DEDICATED Ds. Everyone will also choose at least one 30 IN 30.
What is 30 IN 30?
It's one action or activity that you are DEDICATED to doing every single day for 30 days.
At the end of 30 days, not only will you have a habit pattern set in motion for that action and activity to become rote, but you will have a whole new perspective on your capability to do hard things and a step-by-step approach for achieving anything your heart desires.
